The information we collect depends on you: it will vary based on how you communicate with us, the products and services you choose and use, as well as your use of our website. Only anonymous information is collected to help optimize your experience on our website.

We may use Google Analytics to monitor, collect and analyze information collected through cookies to improve your experience. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google that utilizes the data it collects from your web browser which may include user demographic information, track and examine the use of the website, prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Collected data may be used to contextualize and personalize the ads within its own advertising network. In the circumstances that Personal Information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can challenge the accuracy of our records and completeness. We will amend your Personal Information as required once you have successfully demonstrated inaccuracy in the Personal Information.

Nook Group may charge a reasonable fee to access your information and will notify the requestor in advance if it intends to do so.

We are committed to protecting all Personal Information within our custody by creating reasonable security measures to prevent access to this information and eliminate risks. Please note that confidentiality and security cannot be guaranteed when information is transmitted through wireless communication or email. Providing Access

You are entitled to access any of your Personal Information held by Nook Group. You will be required to authenticate your identity.

In unique circumstances, we may be unable to provide access to certain Personal Information. In the case where we are unable to provide access, you will be notified in writing the reason for refusal as well as the next steps that will become available to you.
