Nook Group LP (“Nook”, “Nook Group”, “Nook Shipyards LP”, “Nook Olympic Village LP”, “Nook Kits LP”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is dedicated to maintaining the confidentiality, security and privacy of your Personal Information. Personal Information” is any type of information that is identifiable to you which may include but is not limited to your name, mailing address, phone number, email, credit card information or purchase history. This does not include Personal Information that is used to communicate with you in regards to your employment.
At times you may provide us and/or our third party platforms with Personal Information to use our services such as booking a reservation. When providing Personal Information for our services, you are giving implied consent to the Nook Group to use and collect your Personal Information.
If you disagree with anything in this Privacy Policy, do not provide us with your personal information.
What Personal Information Does Nook Group Collect + How We Use This Personal Information
The information we collect depends on you: it will vary based on how you communicate with us, the products and services you choose and use, as well as your use of our website. Personal Information may be collected from you directly and/or from third parties where we have obtained your consent to do so. The purpose of collection will be provided on request when collecting Personal Information. When asked to provide personal information, you may decline. Please note that if you choose to not provide information that is necessary for certain services, they may not be available to you.

For ease of use and website optimization, our service providers Google Analytics, may use cookies to collect standard information about your engagement with our website including but not limited to your browser version, language preferences, and similar information. Only anonymous information is collected to help optimize your experience on our website.
We may use Google Analytics to monitor, collect and analyze information collected through cookies to improve your experience. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google that utilizes the data it collects from your web browser which may include user demographic information, track and examine the use of the website, prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Collected data may be used to contextualize and personalize the ads within its own advertising network. Google collects cookies, data usage, and such other information in the United States therefore any Personal Information could be subject to access in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.

Service Providers. Companies and individuals that provide services on behalf of Nook Group or help us to operate our business (such as, payment processing services, customer relationship services, order fulfillment, promotions, event management services, and contests).
Third Party Platforms. Should you choose to log into the Service using a personal service account such as a social media platform, we may share your personal information with that third party service provided. In the case where a third party shares information with us, the shared information will be governed by its privacy policy and any settings associated with the third-party service.

Our website contains links to third-party websites that are not controlled or operated by Nook Group. As such, if you choose to follow any of these links, it is important to note that these websites have their own privacy policies which you will adhere to. Limits of Using, Disclosing and Retaining Personal Information
Your Personal Information may be used and/or disclosed for the purposes for which it was provided and in the circumstances where it is authorized by law. Unless required by applicable law, Nook Group will take reasonable steps to erase and/or destroy Personal Information we hold when the original purpose is no longer being served and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

We take steps to ensure that all personal information being used or disclosed is accurate and complete. In the event that information is inaccurate or incomplete, we will amend all information as well as inform third parties as required.
In the circumstances that Personal Information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can challenge the accuracy of our records and completeness. We will amend your Personal Information as required once you have successfully demonstrated inaccuracy in the Personal Information.
Nook Group may charge a reasonable fee to access your information and will notify the requestor in advance if it intends to do so.
Safeguarding Personal Information
We are committed to protecting all Personal Information within our custody by creating reasonable security measures to prevent access to this information and eliminate risks. Please note that confidentiality and security cannot be guaranteed when information is transmitted through wireless communication or email. If you are required to communicate with us through different channels, please contact our Privacy Officer.
Providing Access
You are entitled to access any of your Personal Information held by Nook Group. You will be required to authenticate your identity.
In unique circumstances, we may be unable to provide access to certain Personal Information. In the case where we are unable to provide access, you will be notified in writing the reason for refusal as well as the next steps that will become available to you.

We may update or make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified by the revised date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly as any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting the modified version.
